Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a participant chooses to cancel their place on the scheduled CASE Space School expedition, Actura’s standard refund policy will apply.

Full refund of A$1,000 deposit is applicable if written notice of withdrawal is received by the Expression of Interest closing date.

50% refund of A$1,000 deposit is applicable if written notice of withdrawal is received by the due date of the signed agreement.

Any later requests for refund are as per the terms and conditions in the parent agreement.
